An audiobook, an ebook and a podcast

Maybe my favorite audiobook ever, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Despite the title, this is definitely a queer book, and since you like detective fiction, it's a bit of a mystery too that unravels through the book. The narration is wonderful, and the mystery had me hanging onto every word. Sadly there are only two fics for it, but they are spoilers so don't go looking ;)

Knit One, Girl Two by Shira Glassman is an f/f romance novella featuring a Jewish character.

I just finished listening to The Strange Case of Starship Iris. It's an audio fiction podcast that ran 10 episodes. It's set in space in 2189 and the main cast are space smugglers, so that should give you a tell on the vibe. There are queer and enby characters, some fun worldbuilding and in-world languages, plus lots of space adventures. It's light on romance, but I would say the c-plot is romance, and there is a nice established relationship. There are over 70 fics for it, but I haven't read any yet. The transcripts are here. I definitely think there is poly potential, but maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. There are 4 fics for the OT3 I think is the most obvious!

ooooooh thank you so much!! i havent heard of the first but i have both read knit one, girl two and ive listened to tscosi!! honestly that just makes me even more excited to listen to the audiobook bc i liked the other two so much ^_^ checking my audible library it turns out that my mom already bought it?? skdjfslkfj excite!!

You know tscosi started it’s second season, yeah?! I found out by chance, so just spreading the word in case. There is a mini episode from June and then just the first one of S2 out now.
