Hi, I want to suggest the TV Show Stargirl (2020), since you stated that you enjoyed Superhero stuff, as well as shows about Teens, and this show meets both of those requests. Not to spoil too much but there is a character that is somewhat of an acquired taste but so much drama happens to and because of him, and his story ends up being incredibly emotional. There is a lot of shipping fodder, both F/F and M/F, although a lot of people I like in the fandom ship the villain dads, which is another draw of the show. It's set ten years after a villainous team defeat the heroic JSA, and they move on with their lives and start raising their families, so you get to see what kind of parents they are, and how despite often being objectively bad people, they can still be very good parents. The main character learns grows and develops over the course of the series, trying to rebuild the JSA with a bunch of teenagers from her school, but even though she's slightly annoying at first, she ends the series in a much better place than where she started.
